Ben Hines has excelled in leading high-performing teams in the financial and professional service industries and developing strategic solutions to drive business performance. He has over a decade of experience with Barclays PLC, where he has transformed the performance of a corporate relationship management team serving 7,500 clients, making step-change performance in profitability, service and sales. As a strategic marketer, he has created and implemented numerous innovative segmented product solutions across multiple countries extending Barclays' international coverage. With CPA Global, a leading legal services provider, he had advised and brought significant change to how the company structured itself to maximise its key markets. Ben, who is married and has four young children, is based in London. He has worked extensively in Europe, USA and India and has lived and worked in Africa for 3 years.
With an honours degree in Music from a leading British university, Ben plays the French horn to semi-professional standard, and is an accomplished pianist and singer. He has been an orchestral performer for over 20 years, and has played much of the large-scale orchestral repertoire in many of the leading concert venues on four continents.
Ben is fascinated by the inner workings of high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams in the corporate world and in the world of music. He loves to share his passion for music and musical performance in an inclusive and relevant way to people from all walks of life.
