Jamie is an internationally experienced creator, builder, and leader of transformational organisations and projects in North America, Europe, and Lebanon. He co-founded and directed the national award winning charity Youth Initiatives in the difficult context of the Troubles in Northern Ireland. He is a proven leader, team builder, and catalyst for excellence.  Young people in his programmes have won national leadership awards. World experts have repeatedly engaged his coaching services.

Jamie is an expert in strategic creative process, facilitating discovery of useful paradigms for problem-solving and innovation. He provides powerful tools for capturing vision and applying it for personal and organisational development. Building on 30 years experience in leadership, he is an accredited Personal Performance Coach and Corporate/Executive Coach with The Coaching Academy, each achieved with distinction.

Giles Cockman

Giles has over 13 years' experience developing learning & leadership / management development programmes. With an emphasis on transfer of learning and its application from "workshop to workplace”, Giles is a highly qualified psychometric practitioner, group facilitator and executive coach.

Giles is accredited to administer and give feedback on: Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Bar-On EQi, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, FIRO-B.

Thomas Pink

Thomas is a composer and musician based in London. Since graduating with a 1st Class Honours in Music Composition and Technology he has been working on collaborations with film makers and artists. Thomas is associate musical advisor and event co-ordinator with Moving Performance.

  • Specific vocational knowledge of many aspects of music composition, development and performance
  • Educated in a wide range of musical styles (classical, rock, jazz, ethnic)

Hannah Holley

Hannah is a vocal coach and singer based in Nottingham. An experienced session singer, Hannah has recorded in the US and UK and performed to audience in excess of 5,000.

With a 1st class hons. degree in music, Hannah has worked with an award winning Music Service, resulting in one of her choirs performing live on BBC television, and working on the Government initiative “Sing Up” engaging the community in music initiatives.

Hannah supports Conferences and Away days for Moving Performance.

Specialist skills:

  • Teaching vocal technique and performance skills to singing novices
  • Encouraging, inspiring and boosting confidence with those with little to no previous singing experience
  • Facilitating song writing workshops
  • Rehearsing and training choral groups (at novice, amateur and professional level)
