How we do it
We use a range of musical techniques including:
- writing and composing music
- performing music
- making musical instruments
- singing
- working alongside professional musicians (rock bands, orchestras and small ensembles)
- listening to and analysing music
We hang this on proven theory on leadership, communication, team-working and emotional intelligence. We work with a range of associates including professional facilitators and musicians.
We design solutions at all levels in an organisation, and work with small groups of four or five people to many hundreds in a conference setting.
