Away Days

Whether it is a new team, or an existing team, we facilitate Away Days from 5 to 25 people. Our focus is to meet your business objectives, and to do so in an engaging, creative and musical way. The results are an Away Day which is remembered, enjoyable and value adding.

No Away Day is the same as another. Because we are driven to providing real commercial value to you, we strive to understand your challenges and objectives, and then create an Away Day that will focus and stretch the team. 

We use a range of approaches, depending on the group size and your objectives. We will usually bring professional musicians with us, such as string quartets or rock bands. Our philosophy is that everyone can participate in music creation and performance and we show how.
